I have bought wooe test series for 479/- and was eligible for 100% cashback.And they have refunded the money 539/- (Rs.479+Rs.60)
(i don’t know why they refunded 60/-).
It is stated my wallet balance will be automatically paid to my bank if my earnings have reached a total of Rs 1000 /- .
So to make my wallet balance 1000 I made another purchase for 799/-. By now my wallet balance should be Rs.1338.
But they did not made my refund of Rs.799. I have sent many mails regarding this. But they did not reply to my mails.
Please take any action against them as early as possible and make sure my money is refunded.
