I ordered two ladies handbags from WYDR company through their online portal on 22-11-2016.
The payment of the handbags was done upfront same day.
The product has not been delivered till date.
On contacting WYDR as well as their courier partner DTDC, the product has got misplaced in transit and they are unable to trace the same.
WYDR has cheated me by charging the product price and not refunding its price even though they themselves agree that the product has lost in transit
