In the past, this courier never home-delivered my parcels even though my home is only 800 metres away from their office. Every time I was to collect from their office. Today itself, mobile phone tracking shows that my parcel is out for delivery at 11 a.m., but it is not delivered. When I personally visited their office at 3 . p. m., I was told that my parcel was carried by delivery man. But, it was not delivered upto 7 p. m. Please take action against them. Tracking number is 115193198518.

My comment is that this courier service is the worst in the state.
