Zariknyaa – Return/refund/No Shipping details/No Response on WhatsApp no. Provided

I ordered a saree from Zariknyaa and they send an email regarding successful order but i didn’t get delivery details i was unaware of delivery date .
I contacted on there whatsapp no. They are not replying only one message i got in reply that our product delivery time is 6-7 days , but i didn’t get any email. After 6 days i contacted on WhatsApp but they didn’t answer. Then i started looking for email id they provided their support email and their help email ..their email ids are showing not found .
Then i contacted them on Instagram but they didn’t reply. At that time i found their another email id on Instagram profile. And i mailed them to provide me shipping details. Instead of providing me details they provided me their WhatsApp no. To contact there. This is unprofessional.
After 12 days i got my order and then the colour of product i got is different and the image shown on their website are different. And even quality is also bad.
And their return and refund time is showing 2days and in their return policy they mentioned 4 days. And only torn product can be exchanged. This is so ridiculous . I want my refund but they are not replying anywhere not on WhatsApp, Instagram, email .

* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Zariknyaa.
