My Name is Navin. Last month ( 1-05-2016)one of consultancy eSYNC Software Services SDN BHD arranged me a skype call regarding of Wed developer position. I have attended the skype call interview and i was selected. Already I have a Malaysia visiting visa. After that consultancy people told me once i will reach Malaysia, They will apply the EP ( work permit ) visa. Once i came malaysia I have worked client location in 15 days.That consultancy people didn’t apply visa and they didnt pay 15 days salary as well as. When I was asked ,They said me visa was rejected. Please could you tell me how to complain and how to block that in Malaysia. Below I am adding consultancy company address:
