I ordered Nokia Lumia 720 mobile phone through 143shopping.com on May 12, 2014 and paid Rs.14,700. After 1 week they informed me that they can’t deliver the product because the product was damaged at airport and they will refund the amount within 1 week. But I didn’t get the refund till now and they are not attending my phone and not reply for mail also.
