I have deposited my money from a Virtual Prepaid Mastercard that was rewarded to me by my company.
When I tried to withdraw my money to either going back to the card or to any of my available online banking accounts, they keep on rejecting it and asking me to submit the documents needed.
They have asked me to submit numbers of government issued IDs. – Done\
They are asking me to provide a transaction history from my Virtual Prepaid Mastercard- Done
They are asking me to send an original file about my bank statement. I have confirmed from my provider that there is no such thing as bank statement as what I have is a PREPAID card. Now unless I provide something the doesn’t exist, they won’t release my money.
