I purchased two car rims form 99rpm.com, they cost me 2496 rupees, After payment through my card, they said order can’t be delivered to my Address for this they gave me option to either cancel the order or replace the address, I cancelled my order but the amount is not refunded back to my bank account. The order date was 16th of July, it’s been one month passed and still i don’t have my money back.
I have cancel receipt with me along with the payment receipt.
Kindly help me in this matter.
