Actually, I ordered on 13th December 2023, so since then it has been 25 days till now. Since then, I have no idea about order or not have any update .While the policy of 99 rpm is that their product will be ordered for five days. But till date it has been 25 days but there is no trace of that order. And they sent the commodity to me via courier. Company name is DTDC and he says that the fault you have is coming towards the 99rpm company I had made about 10to20 calls from DTDC . He said that the fault you have is from the 99 rpm company people. You talk to them but their policy says that you can only mail us. What should I do now? It will be very kind of you to help me.
