This is Sparsh Tiwari, I have ordered an combo/pair of jeans on 17/05/23 which was delivered on 20/05/23 at 9:32am. Both of them were in a worst condition (picture is attached), which account as follows:
1) Damn poor Quality product, Black one was found unstitched at many places.
2) No tag or label and even bill was provided inside along with the product. (This is something very faulty on your part).
3) The white jeans was torn, with a hole in its downside.(picture attached)
4)On the white trouser, coffee/tea stains were found covering large area.( picture attached)
5)on overall, both of them were in pathetic condition, filthy dresses, seems used, torned, stained and are poorest of poorest item I have ever received in my life time.
I have tried reaching various courier agencies in my city, but they were unable to help as this is completely fraudulent firm just robbing out people’s hard earned money. I will surely file a FIR and take action against it in consumer court.
