ABC CARGO – MY CARGO RECEIVED DAMAGED AND NO REFUND

I sent cargo with ABC CARGO in December 2020 which was supposed to reach us in 40 days and we received the cargo 10 months later in october 2021. To our disappoitment, the entire cargo came in damaged and all our goods including microwaves, hair dryers and the list is long – – all came in broken. We have asked ABC CARGO for some compensation against the items, but they have opened their rule books and not ready to refund any amount. The goods were in the company’s holding and its their responsibility entirely to take charge and help their customers. abc cargo invoice is attached here
