This building was constructed by abhishek buildtech. Its partner is abhishek bansal residing at f -2, green park main, new delhi-110016 and office at 208, second floor, aashirwad complex, green park main, new delhi – 110016.
Big size (125 kva) generator set has been put in stilt parking area of f – 69, main green park, new delhi. It is adjoining electric meters, without any gap. Then there are 10 cars parked in this stilt area.
Hence generator, electric meters, cars, control panel without adequate space carries life risk. Already twice there was small fire in the control panel. It not only creates pollution but is also risky for adjoining houses. They are also adversely affected as it is full of fuel.in any eventuality, mcd officials will be responsible.
“the enviornmental pollution control authority (Epca) has provisionally banned the use of diesel gensets in delhi.” this statement comes under rule of law which has been published in “samvad” issued by bses in november 2019.
In view of the above, builder must be penalized, you are therefore requested to direct the builder mr. Abhishek bansal to remove it immediately and protect not only the occupants but the neighbors also from any miss happening.
