I regret to inform potential customers about my extremely disappointing experience with Acevoyages International. The company’s services are nothing short of a scam, and I feel compelled to share my grievances to protect others from falling victim to their deceitful practices.
At the time of membership, the company’s representatives painted a rosy picture of luxurious travel experiences and unparalleled customer service. However, the reality is far from what was promised. The customer service is abysmal – calls are consistently ignored, and concerns are blatantly dismissed.
What’s worse is their inflexible refund policy. Despite facing unavoidable circumstances that prevent me from continuing my membership, the company has callously refused any consideration for a refund. This rigid stance is not only unjust but adds insult to injury given the terrible services provided.
I strongly caution anyone considering Acevoyages International to think twice. The attractive promises made during the membership pitch are empty words, and the company’s disregard for customer satisfaction is evident. Save yourself the trouble and expense by avoiding Acevoyages International at all costs.
