This is to draw attention to a serious issue involving ACTE that needs to be looked into right away.
This letter is being sent to ACTE in order to formally complain about what appears to be fraudulent activity.
Course Details:
– Course Name: ITMLP (Information Technology Management and Leadership Program)
– Amount Paid: 24,000 INR
Background:
With the hope of receiving top-notch instruction and direction in the field of information technology, I enrolled in the ITMLP course offered by ACTE.
Unfortunately, I haven’t had a very good experience thus far.
Issue Description:
Due to the absence of the designated trainer, Monimala Bhattacharya, I have carefully followed the communication guidelines, asking ACTE for help and support.
My course progress has been put on hold for a while as a result of their failure to respond to my repeated emails.
I’ve done everything I can to resolve this problem, including getting in touch with ACTE’s support staff, but nothing has worked.
I have serious concerns about this lack of responsibility and responsiveness, which has made me doubt the validity of the services offered by ACTE.
Expected Resolution:
I have no choice but to ask for a refund of the entire amount I paid—24,000 INR—given the circumstances.
It is clear that ACTE has fallen short of delivering the promised instruction, assistance, and communication required for effective learning.
Given that only one module has been completed and no certificate has been given to me, I feel that this circumstance justifies a full refund.
I want to be clear that I am not rushing into this decision.
Following weeks of frustration, ignored communication, and a lack of accountability on ACTE’s part, the decision to formally complain has been made.
Conclusion:
To ensure transparency and to voice my concerns to the proper authorities, I have filed this complaint.
My experience with ACTE has left me with the impression that it was nothing less than a fraudulent transaction due to the organization’s apparent disregard for student concerns and apparent failure to keep its commitments.
I kindly request that the appropriate authorities look into this matter immediately and take the necessary steps to address this distressing situation.
I look forward to a swift and equitable resolution that takes into account both the financial commitment I made and the emotional suffering and academic setback I experienced as a result of ACTE’s actions.
