I ordered a laptop on 2 July but cancelled it as it was not new product. They were selling open box products. Past 2 weeks Add Me Cart is not initiating my refund and are not providing any proper update. They are playing with customers hard earned money. I sent more than 30 emails, still they are not initiating my refund. I feel this is a fraud company duping many innocent customers. I paid 22495 for a laptop, cancelled it but refund they are not processing. I want my hard earned money back. It has been an harrasment to my mental health past 2 weeks.
