I have ordered a refurbished air-conditioner which appeared to be used and not even cleaned. So, I did not open the second unit package. I’ve been trying to contact them through WhatsApp. I actually cancelled the order before dispatch, but they did not respond to it and sent the order after 4 days of cancellation. In WhatsApp, they are telling me to drop a mail, and there is no response. There is no number of the website which tells that it is another fraud Indian website
