I have purchased on their website and the product has not been delivered it has been more than 3 weeks even I have written lots of emails but they don’t have a response. I have asked them to cancel the order and they are saying that it can be don’t by the customer end. it has been almost a month time that I have purchased but no response. I have asked them for the money but still, I haven’t received the money yet.
