I have purchased a Jio Dongle from this website on 24th January 2021 for Rs.2670/-. Item not yet delivered and when asking for refund, they are promising to deliver within 3-4 days and nothing happens after that. This promise also happening for the last 2-3 months.
I need either item purchased or the refund with necessary damages as my children’s education got affected for few days for not having an internet connection at home.
I am attaching the order status from website and the recent dispatch detail from them mailed to me which never got delivered.
