Hi team,
On 3rd Feb’21, I’ve ordered jiofi M2 dongle @1470/-but they sent different model (jiofi JMR540 wherein I ordered jiofi M2). Then I contacted the seller and he asked me to return the order and they’ll send the replacement. So I sent the order back which coated me 100/- INR extra. But now seller is denying stating that I need to contact ADDMECART but customer support team is not even replying to email as it’s been more than 22 days.
Am only getting automated emails stating that they’ll reply in 24 hrs but I’ve sent 4-5 emails and not even one was responded properly.
