I was ordered jio 4g hotspot on june 25 , 2021 for 1670INR by online transaction.
I ordered my product in www.addmecart.com website they don’t mention delivery date my order id = 71107700318742 they charge me 1599 for jio 4g portable hotspot and 71 for delivery.

Still there is no delivery date mentioned and they don’t give their phone numbers to contact them they only support in whatsapp there also no proper response i want tracking details and they aren’t provide me till now.
i was very saddened by their service so i want to cancel my order and refund my money they told me wait for some time it will be delivered soon .. what is this ? Soon? When ? No answer from them so pls refund my money cancel order.
