I had ordered a Reliance Jio wifi device on 18th July 2021 and it was delivered on 19h August 2021. A late delivery and a defective one. The device shows a while button which indicates it’s a damaged device. I have been following up since with the company on Whatsapp no.94074 48060 and also via email on [email protected] but they are consistently asking me 1 question “pl share the un-boxing video”. When i did record one to show them the defect, they say this is not unboxing. Send an unboxing video. I have been following up asking what is their exact requirement but no response. Horrible service – late delivery + defective one.
