I placed an order on 14March for a Prestige Induction Cooker duly paid and my order was confirmed. I received my parcel on 23March I removed the outer packaging to check the glass was intact. since I was travelling the next day I opened the complete parceling a few days later. Enclosed was a Suryaline Infrared cooker. I wrote and complained asking for immediate refund as this was not my chosen item. They insist I show the outer box first in a video. I sent a video with the inner two layers of packing and the incorrect item sent. Because we pay in advance they are at liberty to act unlawfully sending the wrong item and not close the matter with a refund or replacement of the item ordered. They have stopped replying to my emails
