I placed order of Jio wi-fi device in July-2021 and after a week received order also – order id #71107700324919. But post receiving we checked and found device is not working as it was faulty. On very same day we raised complaint on their whatsapp no – 91-9407448060 and also sent email on [email protected], we did continuous follow up and after a month one of their manager woke up and advised to share photos/videos, which we shared within few minutes of time. Since then still doing follow up for refund amount as it’s mentioned on their site too in Refund & Return option : If product is faulty/not working they will refund. Now from July it’s September and still following up for same as their entire team is in deep sleep as they can’t see email and revert. They don’t have any contact number where you can call n check, on whatsapp they hardly revert, while doing follow up the only revert we get of auto acknowledgment. Why respective authorities give permission to such frauds who don’t have experience/manpower and on top of that NO Experience of how to deal with customer and facilitate service. I Would Strongly Recommend NOT TO BUY ANYTHING from Addmekart.com as it’s completely your risk if product will work otherwise you will loose your harden money. They are Fraudsters who will take your money and run after same.
