On 1st aug I used My/s Agarwal Movers and packers services from sambalpur to bhopal due to got transferred. I contacted mr. Balraj and made payment of 35000/- with insurance facility.

After long follow up I received my goods but found damage. Immediately I have contacted sambalpur team then they have given bhopal nos. Then I contacted bhopal team, after 5 to 10 days I got mr. Samsher no. Meanwhile I have contacted hyd team mr. Murali also. But till now neither visited to check my goods status nor contacted. I have frequently contactedmr. Samsher but he is saying that I am on medical leave after rejoin my office will contact you and finally visited my house and took some snaps of damaged goods.

But now he is not available and no team member from Agarwal/drs team is helping. I have all documents incl insurance copy. Roughly 15000 amount goods were damaged incl cooler, fridge, table, invertor and minor things.

Already 8 months over, but my claim has not settled. Kindly take up and resolve the issue at the earliest.

please take up and resolve immediately.
