I Ms Priya unny had booked the tickets for Trivandrum from sharjah in Air Arabia flight on 28th night 10:45pm. I reached baggage check in by 8 :30 pm and found that the flight is full. They did not issue me boarding pass in spite of my booking. Sorry to inform you this has happened for the second time.
The service is really bad. I am forced to take up this matter further. I had to pay twice the amount of the ticket to reach my destination. The mental trauma was too much. Did not expect such a service from your side. I only travel through this airways and past few months the service is very bad.
Kindly look into the matter and provide me with appropriate solution.
