I had flight from sharjah to kathmndu on 29th sep 2017 at 5:15pm. I came to have boarding pass of my flight but customer care agent said they is no seat available. How it could be possible if I have my ticket. They said to take next flight after 11 hour. And they said first to provide the hotel but later dey ignored. They give us the boarding pass of next flight and told us to enter inside. We wait 11 hour because of their mistke. And we bought some items from duty free and we was on the way to our flight but their was some guys who again lifting the weight of our hand carry. I had around 14 kg coz I bought some item from duty free but they ask for money they said we are not allowe to bought in duty free. After some time I saw these guys are dividing money. And I enter on d flight but again their was no seat for me and I refused to get down coz I have my boarding pass but my seat was full. I request with the staff but they are pulling me outside and telling me that they will call the police. I dnt obey then then they catch next nepali passenger and instate of him I came to nepal. I have ticket but flight was full agian I had my boarding pass but no seat. They insult me they are pulling me from the plane. Check your staff and system its worst. I want justic what you will do from your side. I dnt have internet before so I am complaining today.
