I have a complain against Air Arabia

I booked a ticket for Air Arabia from Delhi to Sharjah (UAE) on 3 march, 2018 via the call center. They told me the ticket was booked and gave me a reservation number. After waiting for about an hour or so, when i did not get any sort of confirmation, I called back to check. Upon telling my Reservation Number, they told me I was given the wrong Reservation Number and there was no such booking. I had to repeat the whole process again.After booking the ticket for the second time, I got the confirmation but the name mentioned in the ticket was wrong.
