Today 4/11/2017 my flight was from sharjah to islamabad single trip timing was 4:15 in my hand carry wieght was 7 kg extra when airblue manager he checkd my wieght & he said to romeve this extra wieght 1 time i remove wieght but wieght was 4 kg extra then i told him i will remove it again but he dont listen to me & he took my boarding pass & left the place i was waiting there around 3 hours & i miss my flight atleast i came back to my house he was very stupid man he don’t know how to talk with passenger he has totaly bad behaviour im not satisfied from ur staff service specially with manager whom from pakistan his name is junaid i requist u kindly plz take action against of him thanks…
