I Installed new internet connection ( and paid them for 6 months rent in advance alongwith installation charges. As per their pamplet and CAF i paid for 50 MBPS speed as Rs 799 per month. Since April i have sent so many email and called but they are hardly giving me speed of 10 to 15 MBPS. Neither they are refunding my money as minimum plan they have is of 20 MBPS at 599 Rs. Neither they giving speed since April 2021 approx date i have in email trail nor refunding money as it is impacting my WFH. Please take necessary actions against them and help me to get my money from them i had spent 20 mins by calling them on chargeable customer care no with no help.
