Dear Sir,
The Airtel Fiber connection has been recently installed in my house about 02 weeks before ( Rs 999, 3 Months, Data Unlimited router speed upto 200 mpbs) in name of Ambika Upadhyaya . Since 21/06/2022 around 06 PM in evening the connection has been abruptly disconnected just with standard SMS from Airtel side, ” our technical team is working on the issue”. Even though now 24 hours have elapsed without any logic assistance from Airtel team identifying the problem and actual time required for resolution of this issue??
Kindly help with solution on this issue.
