This was my first order from alamode by Akansha and I was hoping for a good experience as I saw Leena Bhushan promoting this brand! I usually don’t buy stuff so easily online. Still, i went ahead and ordered a 7 piece satin night suit for which i even paid Rs 2300 online(biggest mistake ever). I ordered it on 4th January,2020. I sent them an email asking for an update and they told me it takes atleast 15-25 days to deliver. I kept my calm and waited for them. My order #60034. I got a shipment id 2 days later which is invalid and it ends up saying “Cancellation Request”. I haven’t cancelled the order. I didn’t get my items and I’m out of INR 2300. They are neither replying to my emails nor responding me on Instagram. I feel cheated and am totally disappointed ,dissatisfied and infuriated with them!
