They send inferior quality dresses which don’t match the product description or image on the website. I had to return pieces 3 times. Then they deduct shipping charges after delivery is delayed by 10 days. They don’t return your money only give store credit so I have to purchase from them to use my credit even if I don’t want to. Pls help me get my money back. I don’t want any store credit. I have lost more money in shipping and each time my money is reduced for what I have paid for the dress. U can’t call or reach them. You can only message which they don’t respond in days. They are not proactive at all. They need to return 2350 rs which I want back via upi not store credit.
