Hello,

I am new to the store and downloaded the app to get discounts using digital coupons. At check out I was told my loyalty account did not come up. The phone number associated with the app was incorrect but when I tried to change it I was told to contact support. After being on the phone a good 25 minutes I talked to a tech who was very nice and able to correct the phone number. I assumed everything was fine Nd went back to the store to purchase my items. To test it customer service rep typed in my phone number and was still not able to pull it up. I became saddened and frustrated by the whole ordeal. The woman at customer asked of I was wanting the coupon on eggs and milk etc and I said yes. I was told by her, ” It will be on sale all week maybe it takes a while to pull up since you just updated it.” There was no remedy for my issue and it would have been nice of she had offered to give me the discount pri as since I spent a good hour trying to fix this. Instead I was told it will be on sale all week. I got upset and left. This was a very poor experience for my first time shopping here. I don’t think I will come again since about 3 people saw me struggling and no one offered anything. I don’t feel like waiting on the phone another 30 minutes with the support team. I don’t believe they can do anything without me signinf up with a different email which I don’t have and won’t do just to get your discounts since the app/loyalty start is somehow not working correctly. I just thought I would let you know, thank you.
