My name is Ankur Kumar and I have ordered a shirt from Alexplum.com. They sent a wrong product of cheap quality. I have returned it by delhivery courier service. Instead of initiating refund in their website wallet, they referred a third class website i.e. purnoss.com. Images are very cheap and very designs irritated and i have decided not to purchase because i did not like product on this referred website. Now i am struggling hard for getting my amount.
