I placed an order with alamode by akanksha almost 15 days back (order number: 488082_HLD07731), except the confirmation of order email, I haven’t received any sort of communication regarding the order and they dont even reply even after sending out multiple emails( sent one email on 2nd of november and one one 4th of November). I had ordered by looking at the delivery date as the delivery date was before my vacation but now they are so unresponsive and probably my worst online shopping experience ever
