I have ordered an earphone but they have sent me an charger and both the websites and also the sellers are not responding to my request of replacement … and are just denying … they are just passing time it’s around 1 month since I ordered the product and are just delaying …. every time I try to call them they promise me to solve the problem but not taking necessary steps to solve the problem
