It is most unfortunate that I had to start looking up places to make a complaint about the company Amazon-81.com. I do this because it is completely impossible to get any kind of costumer service. You can only contact them via telegram. And only written, you cannot call them. When I fist started with this company, I was told that I could start making a little extra money with just $20 USD. (I’m Canadian, so almost double what they ask). This was over the summer and until this week I thought I had lost everything because they told me my account was to be closed if I did not pay by a certain date. I was unable to.
When I first started, I was told that all I had to do was help merchants by helping them complete orders. I was never really Explained how exactly I was helping merchants do that. But, now I know that nothing is ever explained properly at any point with them. Everything was going ok for the first few times. But, right away I had to invest another $35 USD. Not that bad. However, when I was done my first 3 task (Tasks were what you had to complete before being able to withdrawal). I did this and the small amount I had made was ‘no longer frozen’. I never really wanted to make thousands of dollars with them. I Just wanted a little extra cash. Had I known I would have taken my money and never go back to that company. Before I took out my money she asked me If I would like to earn higher commissions. That was all that was said. I was never informed what that actually meant. There was no way I could have known. I though it was just a little bit more. They arrange it so that I had enough money with what I had made to grab the first task.
At first I was told all I had to do is grab a task. There was only supposed to be 6 tasks to complete and the commissions would no longer be frozen and I could withdraw what I made. This was not true in the slightest. A good honest company will explain and inform people what what that entails. But, the individuals at Amazon-81 will do everything but tell you the truth or even answer question. All they can say is “complete all tasks and you can withdrawal”.
The Major problem I had with this, is that at first I was told I had to complete 6 tasks, but there are tasks within tasks. When I asked about this, all of a sudden it is no longer tasks but missions. It went from 6 tasks to 6 missions and every mission had tasks. Some more than 1. My 6 ‘mission’ has 3 tasks to be completed before. All were hundreds and even over one thousand dollars to complete. I was already a little suspicious about them being frauds when after completing tasks there is an certain amount of ‘profit’ made. Not money I was allowed to withdraw but money that I did not have a choice to use for paying more task or missions. At this point I could never get a straight answer. I tried over and over again asking questions. I tried asking the same questions in different ways and still was never able to get a straight answer out of them. I found that when its something they don’t want to answer they simply flat out ignore that it was ever asked. Even when you asked them why they refuse to answer you. All they say is “you have ‘X’ amount of tasks left to pay, pay it.”
At that time I was really struggling to get the money. Like, I mentioned before I was told just pay this last one and I could withdraw. I was texting back and forth trying to get some kind of help. For some reason the person I was talking to mentioned that there was a way to ask amazon to help with the financial part, but that was no longer an option as they were no longer doing that. I tried, once again to ask why they would tell me that after it was no longer an option and not while it was still in effect, knowing full well that it would have helped me tremendously. Again, it was simply impossible to get and answer and the person refused to tell me why. I think this was intentional, just to toy with me. I even asked a second person about it (the one who originally recruited me) and all I could get was that it was no longer in service. There was no way I could have found out any of the services offered at that point from the site as there was much less information on the site at that time. Even now there is not much information.
I tried contacting the customer service on the site itself to try and get some answers. I don’t even know why it is there. They are completely useless. The only thing I could get for and answer is to ask the person I was already speaking to. I tried explaining the situation hoping they would refer me to someone I could actually speak to on the phone. I got the same answer and then silence. I was now ignored by them as well. Great company!
I tried and tried to no avail. After a lot of back and forth of the same unanswered questions, the individual who recruited me told me she can help me for one task. After that there was no more help. This was for the last task that was paid. That still left me with the very last one that cost around $300 USD.
Eventually after weeks of arguing and bull, I thought I had lost everything because I was told by a certain date my account would be closed. This was sometime in September. This week I got a message sent through the person who recruited me from a so called minister of finance to tell me that Amazon had re-signed with the merchant. My account was in fact not closed. But, he is just the same as all the others. “you have one left to pay and you funds will no longer be frozen”. I don’t know why I thought the ‘minister of finance would be any different and actually help me. No matter what I write or asked, they clearly do not give a damn about the people they take from. Even when I tried to tell them that all I want is the money that I invested back. I’m ignored. This is theft, plain and simple. It would be much safer for this site to be banned. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’ve been given until January 30th 2024 to pay or they say I will lose everything. Or so they say. Who the Heck knows at this point!
Also, I tried to find where this company is located, and there is no where on the site or anywhere else I could find that says it.
