An Amazon 3rd party called Umickoo
ordered Umickoo set of 6 solar lights for 34.99 and was received on April 14th. order 112-4601759-7830634. A week ago they stopped working. If I touch them at night, the light comes on, but when I remove my hand they go back on. When I called customer service, I was given two bogus websites that I tried to reach while I had an associate on the phone and they wanted me to use a different device. I’m not rich and I don’t have a different device. My 30 day grace period is expired, but they should’ve lasted longer than this for the price. I would like a refund or at the very least a working set replacement. Can I get a fair resolution to this?
