I have made an order with Amazon US to send a birthday present to Egypt, and Amazon claims that it had been delivered which never happened and they deny having any responsibility and say they cannot do anything about it. I paid 660 Australian dollars for fusion5 10’windows 11,order 113-1764905-3893065 .
Amazon claims to have delivered it on the 15th of January but this did not happen .Plus another order which is a nokia mobile phone order113-1764905-3893065which was never delivered either.
