On October, 8, 2022 I completed my recharge and deposited a sum of money in my Amazon account with the hope that I can submit the last task in VIP 2 so that I will be able to withdraw the money after the task will be completed. The recharge was successful however, when I checked the product to be submitted it is still frozen and is unavailable to be submitted. It was at this moment that I felt the need to appeal in your good office to look at this issue. I checked the legitimacy of the Company and it is signed by Manish Tiwary, the Vice-President of Amazon Seller Services and it is valid until 2023. Given his circumstances, I am appealing to those who are in-charge in the Amazon to address this issue in order to build Trust and Confidence the sellers and buyers in the AMAZON. I would like to request for the return of a sum of money and to unfreeze the Frozen product so that I successfully grabbed and to submit it and for me to withdraw my Capital and commission after the tasks will be done. With these concerns, I am hoping that this issue will have a solution in order to have an understanding between sellers and buyers. Thank You Very much.
