Dear Team,

I Purchased Samsung 25000mAh Power bank & Bluetooth @ Rs. 899/-+Rs. 100 for Delivery.
The Bluetooth was very Frazile but was However working.The Power Bank does not work.It was very light weight.It appears that there is no rechargeable Battery inside it. It was a horrible experience purchasing it. My Order reference Number is 117297000398274.
Kindly take back the item and refund my money.The product is delivered just today.
Please help. It is a sheer cheating and consumer sentiments are hurt very badly. I hope that i do not need to go to consumer Court now.
