From my bank account I added 5000 to my payzapp account,,after that I tried to transfer 5000 to my Friend account.it shows transaction is failed..but amount is deducted from my payzapp wallet..already 4 days over..I did not get my money back..I need my money urgent..so many works are pending due to this amount shortage..what to do..I already gave complaint to hdfc payzapp service in tha firm of mail..no response from them..please do as early as possible..I’m ready to give complaint against payzapp in anywhere

    Dear sir,

    I was send Rs.4238 on wednesday though payzapp to my HDFC account, amount dedected in payzapp but not credited to my account. TXn ID is 201709200516416115wP11nJ8. so please refund my amount back.
