Hi Team,
I had taken a travel plan of agra mathura and vrindawan and It was mentioned in the itenary that these particular places will be covered and it was told that service will be the best during travel but when i went with that travel agency they refused to cover some places at the time of travel and was giving excuse.After the travel i asked for compensation but still in starting they were saying that they give some amount as refund but again they were giving excuse each and every time while giving refund.i have messages and prooof where they have accepted for refund but again they are refusing.
The reason being i want to complain because these type of cheat travel agency think that they will do their own wish and dont want to worry about people money.Thet always give idiot service and dont action anything as they think that they have their monopoly which is a blind faith for these cheater people.
Action about this issue as they are doing fraud with people.I want refund and mental agony compensation
They are fake…please.please be aware even they have just shown good review, there is no option to give review

I had a seat booking on Volvo @ Rs 800 per head.
While pickup they pushed me on to the Normal A/C bus instead of Bharat Benz. The seat was uncomfortable, Call the help line at 8588981008, He promised to change me to the Bharat Benz and did not do until i return back to Delhi, More over they do time pass on the Marble shops and garments purchases pushing us inside the shop and locking the door. We felt too bad, When we took lunch for other hotel than which they pointed, they simply left there and never bothered to call and pick up, We finally took a auto to reach and catch them on Taj Mahal. They do time pass on the market and delay the max to reach Delhi back at 3:00 am. Just a waste of money and mental stress in the trip. Its better to travel by train or cab.
