This brand uses Instagram to manage their business. They requested payment from me for an order that was valued at INR 2000.

I sent them a screenshot as verification after making the payment on August 21, 2023, using my mother’s PayTM account.

Within a month, the manager informed me, the delivery will take place.

Since September, I have been checking in on my order, but I have received no helpful response. They first kept pushing back the delivery date, and then they mistreated me by telling me that I would handle everything “on their own.” A customer who has paid in advance and put their trust in them with their money shouldn’t be checking in with me.

When I finally responded, they promised to reimburse me, so I gave them my bank information in exchange. Two days have passed, and there is still no clear word from them regarding when my money will be returned.

They have been using delay tactics and blaming the customer for the entire situation. They don’t reply, and it is obvious that they are in the business of deceiving customers and demanding money.
