I was completely duped by ansal. I bought the land first hand from ansals in 2006 and to date there has been no movement. I had paid more than 60% of the land sale value and for the last 8 years have not heard from them after repeated reminders. I have even complained to gda but of no avail. My dream of making my house in ghaziabad has been shattered and i have no options being given by ansal. They are sitting on 24l of my hard earned money paid to them in 2007. It is mind boggling that goi does not take such builders to task.
