I had a shop in orchid plaza of ansal sushant city 1 jaipur which i bought in 2007. Despite 13 years of possession, shop has become a big liability, not able to rent out as whole township lagging in expected population and maintenance. Despite such pitiful situation, have paid high maintenance cost for this shop which is more than rs 1100 per month. Very bad experience. Sfml of ansal keep sending overdue maintenance charges without giving any reply on where the money going and why maintenance charges so high. Many residends have stopped paying maintenance charges due to poor state of maintenance and high charges.
Please look ino matter.
