I purchased a plot # 413, sector 12 in sushant megapolis project via application dated 15/02/2012.

The developer have failed to deliver on contractor commitment after 6 years. I have recently received a communication from ansal’s office that the project won’t continue but there is no way i can get my money back.

I would like to get my money back preferably with interest.
