I have submitted 30% cost of pinewood villa at the time of allotment in 2011. I visited consideration site but till date no any construction activities / development going on. I booked above villa for family residence. I also get loan from provided fund but till date no pussation or any information received from builder.
It is requested kindly handover above property and i will be submiting remaining amount as builder informed. Amount rs 1300000/- submitted to ansal.
