My Order #30885 placed on December 31, 2019 for Rs 1234. Have not received the products which was supposed to have been delivered on Jan 18th. No sign of the products. Mailed them but no reply. Mailed back on the order received mail, it bounced back. How do i get my money back?

This is a fraud website. Its been taken off Facebook and I can’t even access it.

Please help.
