I ordered 2 dresses from antgirlcollection.com on 28th of December, for RS 774,I received a confirmation message stating my order number to be 23891and my dresses will be delivered within 13-15 days by 15th Jan. I prepaid money of 774. When I did not receive the product even by 22nd Jan I tried to login to the website. But the internet showed that such website is not available. In their message they mentioned the website as antgirlcollection.com and their phone number as 9909847527 and their email address as [email protected] m unable to search the website or contact the dealer. I am looking for refund of my money.
I have ordered one dress n prepaid the amount. Received msg of order confirmation, still order not received.. Cn anyone help
The same thing has happened to me. I’ve ordered 1 top from this website and still haven’t received the order. It’s been like a month, I had reported it. They sent me a mail telling it’s been processed and I’ll have to wait for it to be delivered. It’s more than 15days no response, the mail id is also wrong. How do I get in touch with them?
